大家好！欢迎收听英国河北微电台成语talk show。我叫阴彤，今天我给大家讲个成语故事：“运筹帷幄 ”。楚汉战争时期，刘邦手下的张良是个足智多谋的人。他精通《太公兵法》，常为刘邦出谋划策，在和项羽争夺天下的博弈中发挥了重大作用。后来，刘邦做了皇帝，在洛阳大摆宴席，款待各位大臣。其间，谈起他打败项羽的缘由时，特别提及张良的贡献。刘邦说，”张良虽然在帷幕后面出谋划策，却决定了千里之外大战的胜利。这一点，我比不上他。”

帷幄两个字都带有巾字旁，意思是古代军中的帐幕。这个成语原指在帷幕里谋划军机，后来引申为主持大计，定夺决策。

Hello everyone, this is UK Hebei We-Radio, an idiom talk show. My name is Rupert Betser. Lu Bo Te Bai Sha. Today’s story is the origin of the idiom: Yun Chou Wei Wo (To form a strategy before acting).

The Chu-Han War took place between 206 and 202 BC, Liu Bang and the general Xiang Yu were the two key characters fighting each other. Liu Bang won the war and became emperor. During the celebratory banquet, Liu Bang talked about the key reasons for his victory, he pointed at Zhang Liang, his military adviser, and said, “He helped win the war and yet he formulated the strategy in a military tent, hundreds of miles away from the battlefield. In that way, he is far superior to me.” The story has become the source of this idiom “Yun Chou Wei Wo”, meaning, “To form a strategy before acting”.
